Today’s Composer Prompt (Harmony Scramble)

Compose a piece for wordless women’s choir. Write out a succession of twelve pandiatonic chords. Number each chord. Write this without rhythm or barlines.

The conductor decides how long each chord is held and controls dynamic wax and wane. The conductor, after the first time through, may determine the order of the chords as well.

This is repeated as often as the conductor would like.

Extension: come up with some creative imagery or program to go with this piece.
